Every state has a different registration process for registering referees. You should first visit your state association’s website to find out how to register. You can find your state association’s contact information here.
You should receive the referee packet in 2-4 weeks from the U.S. Soccer approval date. You can find out what date your registration was approved by going to Login and accessing your referee account. This will only work if you have completed the process of registering for your state. If you do not see a registration for the current year, you should contact your state association here. to find out why you are not registered.

If it has been at least 4 weeks since you were approved, you should email referee@ussoccer.org.
Registered referees who have received their current registration card can purchase a replacement or additional badges online at here.

Badges are $3.50 each and the referee must also pay tax, plus shipping and handling. A maximum of two replacement badges can be ordered per USSF ID Number.
